What do I need to listen?

Either an Apple Music subscription, which plays every moment, or the tracks themselves: buy a single track or the whole album from the iTunes Store and the app plays your copy. If you are not sure, open the opera and tap See how to listen.

I already own this aria. Why won't it play?

Every line is timed by hand to one particular recording. Another singer's performance runs to a different clock, so the words would arrive at the wrong moment. The app tells you when your copy is a different performance, and offers the right one.

How do I change the language?

On the stage, tap the round language button in the corner. Or go to Settings ▸ Translation language. There are eight: English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

The words are too small or too big.

On the stage, tap the A A button and choose a size.

A line is wrong, or arrives at the wrong time.

Press and hold that line on the stage, then choose Wrong words or Wrong timing. Your Mail app opens with the details filled in. Just press send.

The stage turned sideways and won't come back.

If your iPhone has Portrait Orientation Lock on, tap the round button with the turning phone, at the top of the stage.

I bought a track but it still asks me to buy it.

Make sure the purchase has finished, then return to the app. It checks your library again each time you come back to it.

Can my family use my copy?

Yes. With Apple's Family Sharing, everyone in your family can download Opera Moments at no extra cost.
